IT Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified IT Manager to oversee and lead our technology operations, as well as manage our IT team. The IT Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our IT initiatives and ensuring the continued efficiency and reliability of our technology infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals (senior, mid-level, junior, and external consultants).
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Develop and execute IT strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage IT budget and resource allocation.
• Oversee major IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Establish KPIs and metrics for IT service delivery and team performance.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet IT needs.
• Report to executive leadership on IT initiatives, challenges, and achievements.
• Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  
  

• 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Experience with budget management and resource planning.
• Proven track record of successful IT project delivery.
• Strong team leadership and development skills.
• Experience with Mac environment.
• Expertise in Google Workspace administration (user management, email configuration, app integration).
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with security tools (firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint protection).
• Proficient in configuring and managing network infrastructure.
• Ability to perform hands-on technical tasks and lead by example.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
