One of our clients, a leading company in the field of quantum encryption, is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their innovative team. This organization is at the cutting edge of cybersecurity, merging quantum physics, advanced mathematical algorithms, encryption protocols, high-speed FPGA electronics, and state-of-the-art fiber/free-space optical communication to create industry-leading encryption solutions.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will contribute to developing next-generation software platforms, focusing on Linux-based environments. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and full-stack developer subcontractors, you’ll ensure seamless project integration across diverse technical domains. Additionally, you’ll design and implement low-level and real-time applications for the company’s security appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with full-stack developer subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
• Develop and optimize low-level and real-time applications for security appliances.
• Set up and manage CI/CD workflows for seamless software deployment.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and other web services.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: A B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field from a leading university
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) , ASP.NET- Must
• Experience with Python, Linux (Ubuntu), and web services such as RESTful APIs - strong advantage

Nice to have:

• Systems Integration: Experience working with multidisciplinary systems.
• Networking Expertise: Familiarity with networking concepts, developing interconnected software, or knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
• Platform Development: Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Embedded Systems: Familiarity with serial or I2C protocols is a significant advantage.
