Experience Quality Assurance Engineer

A leading hi-tech company in the north of Israel, which develops and manufactures advanced equipment for the semiconductor industry, needs an experienced quality manager with a vision. The position includes overall responsibility for managing the quality system in the factory, ensuring compliance with international standards, leading continuous improvement processes and managing a team of employees.

About the role:

♦ Work 5 days a week 08:00-17:00.

♦ Plan and Support all QC activities

♦ Monitor non-conformance failures, including root cause analysis & corrective actions

♦ Participate in 8D investigations of production nonconforming products

♦ Develop and document work instruction procedures

♦ Plan, conduct and participate in internal manufacturing audits

♦ Monitor the entire production cycle and perform tests to identify potential malfunctions

♦ Participate In the ECM committee and QMS approval processes

♦ Prepare monthly quality reports of operations malfunctions and corrective actions

♦ Support all training activities related to operation quality procedures

♦ Participate in risk analysis team PFMEA and monitor the AI’s

♦ Promote initiatives to improve quality

Requirements:

♦ B.Sc. degree in engineering or equivalent- Must

♦ CQE Diploma – Advantage

♦ 4-5 years of experience in a quality assurance position in Medical Device / Pharma industries/ Semiconductor Industry - Must

♦ Experience and knowledge with the ISO 9001:2015 standard- Must

♦ Fluent English (read, write & talk) – Must

♦ Quality processes knowledge such as ECO, NCR, MRB, FMEA, 8D investigations

♦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

♦ Experience with working in controlled environment (clean room) – Advantage

♦ Experience with ERP systems such as Priority – Advantage
