KPMG is looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant Manager to join our S&C Department. Driving innovation and impact for large organizations, government entities, and financial institutions.

The role will entail:

• Lead and manage digital transformation and data transformation projects with a focus on product-oriented solutions
• Collaborate with senior executives in large organizations to identify opportunities, define goals, and align projects with business objectives
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful implementation.
• Design and implement innovative digital services that meet client needs
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance
• Lead a team of consultants to produce professional exquisite delvery for our client and assist them creating an impact
  
  

• 3-5 Years of proven background in digital transformation with a strong focus on product and data
• Experience working with banks, government entities, or large organizations
• Knowledge and expertise in data strategy and data-driven product design
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and their applications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Hebrew and English
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as customer journey mapping, design thinking and data analysis
• Strong capabilities in designing and optimizing business processes
