The role

As a AI Tech Lead at Kaltura, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting and deploying AI features that revolutionize our video SaaS products. The day-to-day:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance Kaltura's video SaaS products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI features seamlessly into the product.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• Build predictive models to improve user experience, engagement, and retention.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate the impact of AI features on product performance.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI models in production to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to bring innovative solutions to Kaltura.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.
• 5+ years of management experience
• Proficiency in LLM/NLP- a must
• Proficiency in in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  

• Experience with video technology and SaaS products is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
