As Legal Counsel you will part part of:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice to, and build internal client relationships with the company’s various departments and other stakeholders across the business (sales, marketing, human resources, R&D and finance)
• Advise on and ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), industry-specific regulations, and cybersecurity-related legal frameworks, particularly in engagements with large, regulated enterprises
• Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, policies, and legal processes
• Provide general corporate law advice as needed
  
  

• LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
• 3-5 years of experience as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a hi-tech company
• Creative, critical and pragmatic thinking – strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically and establish a “trusted advisor” relationship with internal stakeholders, while accurately analyzing risks and providing excellent legal advice
• Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Mother-tongue level English (written and spoken) – MUST
