What will you do in SuperPlay?:

Be part of a super-talented, inspiring group of creatives in our dynamic marketing department. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Create Stunning Art: Use your skills in drawing, sketching, painting, and photography to produce top-tier illustrations.
• Define Visual Styles: Shape the artistic direction while staying true to the existing game’s visual identity, whether it’s game assets, landscapes, or the main hero character.
• Develop Visual Ideas: Work from briefs to create compelling concepts, identifying and solving potential challenges as projects evolve.
• Iterate & Improve: Create rough sketches to pitch ideas, revisiting and refining them as needed for team approval.
• Storyboard Mastery: Direct and craft storyboards for animated content.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the 3D animation and motion teams, providing high-quality assets and art to meet ongoing needs.
• Splash Art & Keyframes: Occasionally illustrate keyframes, promotional pieces, and splash art that captivate audiences.
• Optimize & Innovate: Refine concepts, storytelling, and visuals to achieve the best artistic outcomes.
  
  

• Artistic Excellence: Outstanding illustration and conceptual art skills.
• Graphic Design Expertise: Strong background in graphic design.
• Creativity & Vision: A vivid imagination and the ability to think outside the box.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and interpret ideas from others visually.
• Adaptability: Skilled in working to a brief and adjusting to feedback or unexpected challenges with creative solutions.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years in the gaming or creative fields.
• Technical Mastery: Solid understanding art fundamentals, including light, volume, composition, 2D rendering styles, and color theory.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop or similar software; experience with 3D tools is a bonus.
