Technical Product Manager

For our next stepping stone, we are looking to hire an experienced Technical Product Manager to take a leading role at our fast-growing Product team.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Define and refine products powered by REE technology, focusing on data-driven solutions aligned with customer and market needs.
• Develop detailed technical requirements, including data architecture, APIs, and integration points, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Lead the strategic vision for data analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness and customer value.
• Take a direct role in designing and implementing data solutions, including analytics platforms, dashboards, and machine learning models.
• Address technical challenges related to data pipelines, integration, and processing to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth data integration and scalable solutions, even in the absence of dedicated data engineering resources.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment in goals and execution.
• Design and oversee the creation of visual representations of analytics findings—dashboards, charts, and graphs—that enable actionable insights.
• Ensure products meet relevant data privacy and security regulations, addressing technical concerns related to the collection and processing of sensitive data.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-conscious delivery of technical solutions.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing integration challenges, and providing guidance for scaling analytics solutions.
  
  

• 8+ years in product or program management roles with a technical focus on data systems.
• Proven track record in delivering data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning frameworks, and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, is advantageous.
• Excellent ability to translate technical details into business outcomes for stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements and project oversight.
