Active Client Service and Soft Collections Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service and Collections Representative for our Business Clients department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support to business clients on a variety of professional topics.
• Conduct soft collections (pre-legal).
• Operate technological systems.
• Monitor payments.
• Generate reports and perform collection follow-ups.
  
  

• Previous experience in telephone customer service - must.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
