Senior Technical Writer

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our Product team and help take our client-focused documentation to new heights. As a Technical Writer at Cyera, you will be responsible for the documentation of specific areas within our product and directly impact the company’s success with your communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the product so content creation is done concisely and clearly.
• Write and review the product language and content.
• Review product UX and write concise & clear copy
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to plan documentation feature content, bug fix content, and release notes.
• Create content for different target audiences, including user guides, API references, and release notes.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer in B2B and SaaS companies catering to enterprise customers
• Experience working with Product managers and Development teams
