Training administrator

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Training Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team.

Job Description:

• Support all training activities within the organization (scheduling, follow ups, etc.)
• Operate Electronic System processes and documentations
• Creating training plans in the system
• Scheduling training session in a complexed multilayered environment
• liaise with the stakeholders (Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts) from all areas of the company
• Implementation and maintenance of training and curriculum for all policies and procedures on our QMS
• Reviewing employee trainings records to ensure that employees have completed all required training prior to performing their jobs
• Ensuring that training materials are available to all employees using the system
• Monitoring and reporting on all training activities
  
  

• Education: a bachelor’s degree or proven experience
• Job skills:
• Data management ability
• Good writing skills in English
• High service and communication skills
• Good time management
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Must
• Language skills: Fluent English
• Personality:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal relations, a people person
