Junior IT Engineer

📍 The preferred location for this position is Israel 🇮🇱 .

What is the role about and how will you contribute: you will play a key role in managing the organization's computer systems, including both cloud-based and local software, hardware, and networks. Your responsibilities will include setting up new workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, and assisting Senior Engineers with various tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

✔️ Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

✔️ Experience with Microsoft365 services and their management

✔️ Knowledge of basic security protocols and networking infrastructures

✔️ Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

✔️ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

✔️ Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Jira)

✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

✔️ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

✔️ High-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
