What will you do in SuperPlay?:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join SuperPlay’s dynamic and fast- paced team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting attorney with a strong business orientation and experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements within Hi-Tech companies. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for advising on complex legal and regulatory matters globally.

• Provide legal advice to SuperPlay’s business teams, studios, and sites worldwide on a variety of commercial and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts with international suppliers, including service agreements, licensing agreements, outsourcing agreements, consulting agreements, IT agreements, marketing agreements.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business to offer practical, business-focused legal advice to various business units.
• Monitor relevant laws and industry practices to provide guidance.
• Create and maintain contract templates, business processes, and internal policies to support business growth.
• Maintain close collaboration with Playtika’s legal team to ensure alignment on legal strategies and compliance.
• Participate in legal and business decision-making processes for the company.
• Lead and manage projects that involve cross-functional legal and business teams.

• 7-10 years of legal experience in a Hi-Tech, International, or Commercial department within a major law firm in Israel, or as in-house counsel in a global Hi-Tech company.
• Ability to independently draft, review, and finalize commercial and technology-related agreements (such as service agreements, licensing agreements, and NDAs).
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Experience advising on AI and open-source code licenses.
