We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our growing Customers Operation Team! As a power user of Ultra’s platform you will be part of our customer’s success story, ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our product and technology.

What will you do?

• Act as a super-user of Ultra’s platform
• Analyze large amounts of data, conduct and present clear reports, while supporting and focusing our customers on translating product insights into operational value
• Conduct web research (OSINT/WEBINT) from platforms across the web, social media, mass data and databases
  
  

• OSINT/WEBINT/research or data mining background – must
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details - must
• Excellent English - must
• Ability to act with a high degree of autonomy
• Experience in the supply chain and logistics industry - advantage
• BA degree in a relevant field - advantage
• European languages – advantage
