Full Stack Team Leader

Guideline Group (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange) is a leading, well-established, company in Israel for providing technological solutions in the worlds of FinTech, Invest Tech, Legal Tec, and Business Tech (BT).

Guideline Group's capital market product line directly powers the data infrastructures of some of Israel's leading banking and institutional investor firms. Our platform also offers data analytics applications (WEB, Mobile, and Desktop), leading the capital market and industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented HO Team Leader with excellent technical and interpersonal skills to join our capital market R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Actively participate in requirements analysis, coding, architecture design, and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team (including Hands-on development)
• Managing development, testing, and deployment of applications and systems at scale
• Keep excellent SDLC practices: unit tests, integration tests, code quality, documentation
• Implement best practices in software development, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment strategies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications in production.
  
  

• Experience in a leadership or team lead role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• 7+ years as a Full Stack Engineer
• Experience leading E2E development projects
• Hands-on experience with server-side applications and software infrastructure development using .NET, C# (.Net Core), TCP/IP, ASP.NET, WCF, Multi-Threading, WIN32 API
• Great knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Databases
• Strong design and architecture skills in both desktop applications and backend services
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST, WEB API, WebSocket
• Proven experience with Angular
• Experience and deep understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies
• Great interpersonal communication
• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent
  
  

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Microservices
• Experience with Node.js
