What You’ll Do

As a Senior Backend Developer, you’ll be a key player in shaping and scaling our backend systems. Your day-to-day will revolve around designing, building, and maintaining robust solutions using .NET and C#. You’ll ensure that everything you touch is fast, reliable, and built to last.

• Build: Work on backend systems that power our platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with our product and frontend teams to bring new features to life.
• Problem-Solve: Tackle complex technical challenges, whether it’s optimizing existing infrastructure or designing new services.
• Improve: Continuously refine and enhance our systems, implementing best practices and new technologies.
• Lead: Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow and succeed.

Requirements:

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases – Must
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems – Must
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  
  

Big Advantage (Preferred But Not Required)

• Experience with Redis and MongoDB
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Machine Learning and related technologies.
