Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Engineer to join our Development team.

H2Pro develops chemical/electrochemical hybrid systems to demonstrate our novel hydrogen generation technology. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing production technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the latest generation of the company’s components, electrodes and processes.
• Develop and take part in processes related to H2pro’s systems and machines in order to support the company’s next scale up levels.
• Lead and take responsibility for varied research projects in diverse disciplines.
  
  

• B.Sc in Material science and engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Chemical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a process or development engineer - A Must
• Passionate, self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team player, ability to work and collaborate with other teams
• Design and execute experiments
• Ability to analyze results and extract the main insights
  
  

• Experience in production methods like tape casting, screen printing and sintering – an advantage.
• Experience in thick film technologies
• Scientific background in electrochemistry
• Experience with materials characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, UV-VIS, Raman spectroscopy .
