We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Applications Project Manager with a strong background in implementing finance applications and managing complex, cross-departmental projects.

This role requires expertise in systems like ERP (Netsuite) and Billing (Zuora), exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels. Responsibilities:

• Hands-on design, configuration, and optimization of finance applications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
• Design and implement integrated finance business process solutions (e.g., O2C and P2P), oversee system upgrades and documentation, and advise stakeholders on best practices to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-departmental, end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to prioritize deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure project success.
• Present project plans, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  
  

• hands-on experience implementing and managing Oracle Netsuite ERP and other financial systems; experience with Zuora Billing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and API usage for financial systems.
• Proven expertise in data migration, including extraction, transformation, and accurate mapping between systems.
• Proficiency in SQL or other database management tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent degree.

• Strong organizational skills, including time management, multitasking, and attention to details. Previous experience in a global company - Is an advantage.
