Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Team Lead to join our growing organization.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and maximizing team productivity
• Active involvement in coding for at least 50% of the role.
• Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new and existing projects
• Implement and maintain development processes and methodologies
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations where appropriate
  
  

• Extensive experience in technical and architectural lead
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team/Tech-lead-Must
• Backend development with C# and C++
• Experience working with software/hardware technologies.
• Ability to lead a team and expand it while ensuring high-quality work and project success.
• Experience in task management and other managerial activities
