As part of our SolarEdge business growth, we are seeking a Software Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to drive software delivery processes, lead complex cross-functional projects, and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for building collaboration between engineering teams to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality software products.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and manage software delivery across the entire product lifecycle, acting as the primary point of accountability for all aspects of delivery.
• Drive project scope, objectives, components, integration points, dependencies, and timelines in close collaboration with development and cross-functional teams.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their trust to facilitate seamless project delivery and support strategic business objectives.
• Define and prioritize the project scope in partnership with Product and Engineering, aligning deliverables with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed software delivery plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, Integration, and other relevant teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support smooth engineering execution and timely project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to avoid delivery disruptions.
• Regularly report on progress including scope, timeline, deliverables, and risks to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into project status.
• Drive execution excellence and continuous process improvement, implementing best practices for software delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead discussions in regular status and integration meetings with structured agendas, clear action points, and comprehensive follow-up summaries.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Management, Information Systems, or equivalent technical background).
• 3+ years of experience in software delivery, project, or program management in a tech company, with experience managing complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Strong experience with software development processes and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project-tracking and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in managing software releases and ensuring on-time delivery in collaboration with QA, Integration and Support teams.
