What You'll Do:

As a Frontend Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining high-performance user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create responsive, user-friendly applications. You'll lead frontend development efforts, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to building scalable, reusable components while ensuring code quality through testing and reviews.

Requirements:

Who You Are

• At least 2 years in a management role as a team lead or technical lead.
• 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
• 6+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Expert-level knowledge of CSS, including responsive design, animations, and CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS).
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or React Context API.
• Deep knowledge of component-driven architecture and reusable components.
• Familiarity with React Native and mobile development.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  
  

• Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Familiarity with design systems and tools (Storybook, Figma).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with GraphQL or other data-fetching libraries.
