FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in providing financial insights, analyzing data, and assisting with monthly and quarterly close processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights and recommendations that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key metrics against business performance and support the monthly close process.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst or related field, preferably in high-growth or global payments industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
• Team player with the ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools – an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
