Senior Platform Product Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Define and Execute Platform Strategy: Own the roadmap and prioritization for core platform features such as RBAC, audit logs, multi-tenancy, custom APIs, and enterprise-grade scalability.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the platform meets current and future needs of enterprise customers.
• Customer-Centric Development: Engage directly with customers to understand their platform requirements, translating insights into impactful features that drive value.
• Ensure Scalability and Compliance: Lead efforts to ensure Nagomi’s platform meets high standards for performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance, making it enterprise-ready.
• Measure Success: Define KPIs and success metrics for platform features, ensuring measurable improvements in customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  
  

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a focus on platform or infrastructure-related features in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity products.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of platform technologies, APIs, and architecture. Ability to engage deeply with engineering on technical trade-offs and decisions.
• Enterprise Acumen: Proven experience building features for large-scale enterprise customers such as RBAC, multi-tenancy, audit capabilities, customer-facing API,etc.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to prioritize and align platform development with broader company goals and customer needs.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including engineering, leadership, and customers.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  
  

• Experience working in a cybersecurity-focused company.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices and their role in scalable platform development.
• Experience with customer-facing API development and API-first product strategies.
