CTO/Software Team leader JB-3902

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Technology/CTO to lead our technical team and drive our technological vision forward.

As a part of your position you will oversee all aspects of technology, including hands-on development, cloud platform management, architecture, database systems, quality assurance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technology team to achieve organizational goals. Oversee the development and implementation of technological solutions.
• Ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives.
• Actively participate in coding projects using Java and Python.
• Utilize C# knowledge when applicable.
• Manage and optimize services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services when required.
• Design and oversee system and software architecture.
• Manage database systems to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Implement QA processes to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with outsourced companies and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior technological leadership role.
• Hands-on coding experience with Java and Python.
• Proficiency with GCP and AWS.
• Knowledge of C#.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and database management.
• Experience with QA methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, particularly with outsourced teams.

• Knowledge / experience in the digital marketing world, especially in programmatic advertising: DSP & SSP etc.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
