Business Intelligence System Analyst

We are seeking a talented BI System Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in the Information Systems Division. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the BI System Analysts team is responsible for defining and managing the operational data collection processes within the organization while designing ongoing data solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with clients and the development unit, overseeing and guiding business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting user requirements, understanding current and desired business processes, and deriving business insights from data.
• Integrating information while diving deep into details and maintaining a holistic view to design architecture that meets business needs.
• Creating detailed specification documents, from S2T to designing and defining the visual representation of the required data.
• Leading data-related projects, including operational responsibility for existing models and systems as a system administrator.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Information Systems – mandatory.
• Relevant training or education in BI (familiarity with DWH concepts) – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in BI/DWH system analysis, including creating functional and technical specification documents – mandatory.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries (working with SQL Server) – mandatory.
• Experience in designing dashboards and data models using Power BI or Qlik Sense – mandatory.
• Development experience with ETL tools (Informatica or SSIS) – significant advantage.
• Project management experience – advantage.
• Experience working in an Agile environment – advantage.
