Stratasys, a global high-tech leader in the 3D printing industry, is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join its headquarters in Rehovot.

Working in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

This role reports to Il Payroll Manager

  • Oversee and monitor employee attendance records
  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries and conduct payroll simulations
  • Process final pay settlements and offboarding activities
  • Prepare control reports and conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy
  • Manage reporting to staffing agencies
  • Perform payroll-related bookkeeping tasks
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees regarding payroll related processes

Qualifications:

  • Certified Payroll Accountant (accredited by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants)
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping – Mandatory
  • 5+ years of previous experience as a payroll accountant in a company with 80+ employees and diverse payroll structures – Mandatory
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel – Mandatory
  • Experience with Malam Payroll System – Advantage
  • High level English
  • Flexibility and availability for extended working hours during payroll closing periods is required
