Product SME (Subject Matter Expert)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Product SME (Subject Matter Expert). The ideal candidate will work closely with customers during the onboarding process and throughout their ongoing use of our service to ensure they are well-educated on the platform's capabilities and are fully utilizing its features. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage ongoing communication with customers, and deliver timely support via email to ensure the resolution of inquiries and concerns.
• Provide comprehensive product support, assist customers with inquiries on using our platform, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer professional questions.
• Provide feedback to the Product team and support building and improving our product.
• Monitoring user interactions with the product and identifying actionable improvements.
  
  

• BA in ACCOUNTING from a leading institute - a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - a must!
• Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools. Experience working at a tech company is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to self-learning are essential.
• Proactive team player who can work independently and lead teams and processes.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end processes.
