Cloud Technical Support Engineer

At Anodot, we’re redefining cloud cost optimization. We’re looking for a Cloud Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. This role involves guiding customers end-to-end, from onboarding to resolving complex technical challenges, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance our product.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-tier technical support, resolving customer issues from onboarding to advanced troubleshooting.
• Investigate and solve complex problems, including analyzing customer logs.
• Deliver product training and onboarding to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D to manage bug workflows and continuously improve our product.
• Build and maintain an internal Knowledge Base to support team learning.
• Juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in technical support within cloud-based software or MSP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS services and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bonus: Practitioner certifications in AWS, Azure, or FinOps.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical troubleshooting expertise, including experience with Rest APIs, SQL, Zendesk, and JIRA.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High adaptability, a team player mindset, and excellent multitasking abilities.
