About The Role

The Incident Intelligence group drives BigPanda’s core event processing, enrichment, and correlation capabilities, handling millions of daily events across a robust, high-throughput cloud infrastructure.

Our team leverages AI technologies alongside other data processing methods to enrich incidents, delivering deeper insights and smarter responses to complex events.

We’re looking for a talented Senior Fullstack Engineer focusing on backend development to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to build robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and contribute to the design and development of high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will handle frontend tasks using React when necessary.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• E2E responsibility from system design through production, maintaining quality and reliability throughout.
• Utilize stream processing tools like Kafka (or equivalent) for real-time data processing.
• Drive the creation of dynamic and user-friendly interfaces, emphasizing reusable components and scalable front-end solutions that align with the overall system design.
• Collaborate and contribute as an integral member of the team
  
  

What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring To BigPanda

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend development
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• 2+ years of experience in developing web applications using React, Angular, or Vue
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design principles
• Proven experience leading projects from system design to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
