We are looking for an experienced Power Platform developer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about developing exceptional enterprise business applications, this role offers you the opportunity to shape unforgettable experiences for our valued clients. 

Key Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in: 
• Developing advanced and customized applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven). 
• Creating advanced and customized workflows using Power Automate. 
• Programming languages: CSS, HTML, JavaScript. 
• Building and implementing RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) Working with Dataverse. 
• SQL and knowledge of data structures. 
• Integration and APIs – Ability to integrate external systems and applications with Power Platform. 
• Working with Custom Connectors. 
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX implementation. 
• Familiarity with Figma – an advantage. 
• At least 1 year of experience mentoring Power Apps and Power Automate developers within a team. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum Education Requirements: 
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering. 
• OR Any other bachelor's degree, along with advanced courses in Information Systems totaling at least 300 hours. 
• OR A certified practical engineer (graduated from a computer/technology track) or someone without a degree as specified above, who has completed advanced courses in Information Systems totaling at least 400 hours. 
• OR A graduate of a technological unit in the IDF (such as Mamram, 8200, Teleprocessing, and equivalent units) and/or the Intelligence Corps, provided they worked in the technological field, subject to appropriate certification. 
• Proven experience in the key areas listed above. 
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across various time zones. 
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning. 
• Fluent in Hebrew – reading, writing, and speaking.
