Banking Ops Associate

The Banking Ops Associate will be responsible for handling successful payments schemes with looking end to end on the payment journey.

The role requires strong understanding of the payments infrastructure in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Daily handling of processing global bank transfers to our customers
• Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including daily communication via email and phone
• Processing and monitoring our global bank payments and transactions with banks and providers aiming at avoiding any kind of delay/error – statuses, volumes, duplicates, rates, fees, technical issues, etc.
• Providing insights and suggestions on improvements and optimizations of the various flows
• Supporting internal and external customers regarding the Global Bank Transfer product
• Owning and maintaining ongoing communication cadence with internal and external banking relationship contacts
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in the Banks/FX industry
• Able to analyze and action data
• Have excellent written and verbal internal and external communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work with many systems and different global teams within the company
• Curious and creative thinker, proactive, problem solver
• Strong Team Player
• Have Strong communication and customer service skills
• Action orientated and can handle high stress/impact events
