As a Solution Architect , you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new business clients and tailoring Violet to meet their unique needs. This involves understanding each client's business challenges, defining their most relevant data solutions and KPIs, and leveraging Exactius' expertise to deliver scalable growth. You will work closely with technical teams—data engineers, BI developers, and tracking engineers—to ensure seamless data integration, modeling, and visualization, ultimately delivering actionable insights that drive business success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Solution Architect at Exactius, you will:

• Pre-sale collaboration: Partner with the commercial team during the pre-sale phase to scope projects and recommend tailored Violet solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
• Onboarding leadership: Manage and oversee onboarding projects to ensure seamless deployment of Violet, resulting in actionable data insights and improved attribution models.
• Solution design and technical scoping: Work with internal and external stakeholders to recommend data solutions, ensure integration with required systems, and specify business logic for accurate data modeling.
• Collaboration with technical teams: Coordinate with data engineers, BI developers, and tracking engineers to solve data collection challenges, enhance attribution, and deliver meaningful data visualizations.
• Business understanding and KPI design: Analyze client business models, identify key growth opportunities, and define the most relevant data solutions and KPIs they should prioritize.
• Process improvement: Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, including templates, automation, and tools, to streamline implementation and increase efficiency.
• Product strategy: Support internal teams with refining Violet's packaging and pricing strategies to align with diverse client needs.
• Customer feedback: Serves as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to internal teams for continuous product and process enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Client-centric mindset: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs.
• Experience: 3+ years in solution architecture, data solutions, or implementation roles, with a focus on SaaS, B2B, or ad-tech industries. Experience working in marketing or analytics environments is highly desirable.
• Technical expertise: Strong understanding of data pipelines, BI tools (eg, Google BigQuery, Tableau), and familiarity with attribution models and tracking systems (eg, GTM, GA4, CallRail).
• Ad-tech knowledge: Deep familiarity with marketing strategies, campaign attribution, and the role of data in driving growth for eCommerce and lead-generation businesses.
• Project management skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects using tools like Jira, Monday, or ClickUp.
• Strategic thinking: Proactive and process-oriented, with a passion for improving systems and delivering value through impactful data solutions.
• Time zone flexibility: Comfortable working across US and Europe time zones to support a global client base.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems (eg, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and software customization.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL tools, or other data transformation solutions.
• Background in marketing, analytics, or eCommerce industries.
