Payroll Accountant / Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant / Payroll Specialist to join our team at . This role involves managing and processing payroll for our employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, and handling all related financial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements 💰📅.

- Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings 📊.

- Handle employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits 💬.

- Prepare and submit reports to government authorities and insurance providers 📑.

- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws 📚

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations 🤝.

- Assist with year-end processes, tax filings, and other related tasks 🗓️.

- Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience as a payroll accountant in large organizations (100-200 employees) – Required 🏢.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Oketz, Hilan, and ERP systems – Required.

- Priority software knowledge – Advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of labor agreements and pension agreements – Advantageous.
