We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us grow the company.

Job description

If you are passionate about recruiting and would like to join a successful organization, work on a variety of profiles, come join our team! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us grow the company.

Technical TAS responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

*** This is a temporary position, a replacement for maternity leave.

What will you be doing?

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).

Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience - Must.
• Technical recruitment experience - Must.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew -Must
• Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- experience with Workable - an advantage.
• Self-confidence and self starter.
• Ability to learn technical information.Ability to build strong relationships.
