Senior Legal Operations Analyst

Founded in 2018, StarkWare is the premier developer of a cryptographic zero-knowledge proof system that seeks to improve scalability in blockchains. We are a remote-friendly, global team is looking for an individual located in Israel (hybrid) or the EU (remote first) to join our team. Reporting to a senior member of the legal team, you will develop more effective ways to create efficiencies in our legal administrative tasks and projects.

• This position can be located in Israel (Hybrid) or UE (Fully remote)
  
  

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with deadlines.
• Organize incoming work requests and prioritize tasks.
• Assist in facilitating compliance with internal policies
• Streamline the use of third party vendors, such as contract management software.
• Assist with the management of outside counsel budgets and fees, including the billing process.
• Optimize legal workflows and brainstorm opportunities to enhance and improve processes and legal team efficiency.
• Work with the legal team to update contract templates, review or respond to routine legal documents, and assist in various reviews.
• Support and assist with the maintenance and management of document retention.
• Other tasks, such as administrative support, as directed by the legal team.
  
  

• 3+ years of Experience with legal operations or legal support
• Fluent English
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about our work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and deadlines
  
  

• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in fintech, tech, or cryptocurrency
• Experience with Monday, Linksquares, and Notion
