Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to regular consumers, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and more.
Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people) on a rapid growth path. We’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.
So, what's the job?
We’re seeking a Creative Operations Manager to manage our creative production process. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you’ll be challenged to produce high volumes of content, manage a diverse creator network, and optimize costs. This role is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating high-output projects. Your success will be measured by specific KPIs focused on output and efficiency, including the volume of assets produced, creator diversity, and cost efficiency per new asset.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage Creators Relationships: Identify, onboard, and coordinate with a variety of creators to generate a high volume of ongoing performance ads. Building and maintaining a diverse creator network will be vital to achieving your KPIs.
- Oversee Production Workflow: Drive the entire cycle—from initial creator outreach to final asset delivery, and legal and finance cycles — ensuring timelines are met and campaigns progress efficiently. High output in terms of asset quantity will be a critical measure of success.
- Optimize Processes: Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness, which will directly impact your cost-efficiency KPI.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with performance and creative teams to align concepts, scripts, and the final received content with campaign goals, maximizing the impact and relevance of produced assets.
- Provide Consistent Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for creators, delivering feedback and support to keep content production on track and in line with your asset volume and diversity targets.

- Relevant Experience: 1+ years in operations or remote work management, ideally within digital advertising or a creative agency.
- Organizational Skills: A proven ability to manage multiple projects while focusing on timely delivery and productivity.
- Efficiency-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with refining processes to maximize content output and minimize costs.
- Understanding of creative processes and post-production workflows
- Proficiency in project management tools: Collaboration platforms (e.g. Notion, Slack, Monday).
- Clear Communication Skills: Skilled at managing creator relationships, delivering clear instructions, and guiding projects through completion.
- Team Collaboration: Works well within cross-functional teams, ensuring project alignment and timely execution.
- Adaptability and Proactivity: Quickly pivoting in response to new demands or feedback and constantly seeking ways to improve.
- Innovative Mindset: Constantly seeks creative approaches, exploring new platforms and fresh ideas to produce diverse content for performance ads.
