About The Role

As Head of Design, you’ll lead and manage a talented design team while driving Ludeo’s design vision and standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our platform, ensuring every touchpoint delivers an exceptional experience to billions of gamers.

What You’ll Do

• Define and implement Ludeo’s design vision, strategy, and standards across all products and experiences.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
• Collaborate closely with executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align design strategy with company goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership in design execution, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
• Drive the creation of scalable design systems, processes, and tools to support the team’s growth and efficiency.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience building, managing, and growing design teams in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward a shared vision.
• Deep understanding of usability and user experience principles & research.
• Driven to win and deliver tangible impact.
• Passionate about creating best-in-class, user-centric products.
• A people person, able to grow and inspire team members.
• Moving fast, solving problems, and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
