Lead Monetization

Communix is the biggest up-and-coming social gaming start-up around and we're looking for a talented Leader for our Monetization department!

You’ll lead all monetization aspects of the game including planning, conception, design, and execution. for live-ops content and campaigns. We need someone with a creative mind who loves data and has a passion for running an operation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define a sustainable monetization strategy that is in line with the game’s vision
• Leading new monetization initiatives
• Hands-on management of all monetization platforms
• Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives.
• Leading monetization-related AB testing (demand, features, platforms, ad units, etc..)
• Constantly coming up with exciting new innovative ideas.
• Working closely with the Creative team, operations team, economy team, BA, Product, and R&D.
• Oversee, implement, and review team planning processes and effectiveness, including reviewing team capacity, allocation, and operations
• Manage full-cycle live-ops promotions including setting goals, planning, execution, and postmortem examinations.
• Constantly optimizing monetization strategies to identify future opportunities for growth
  
  

• At least 2 years as a Monetization Manager – A must
• Mobile-app monetization experience – A must
• Previous experience working in the Gaming industry – A must
• Data-driven and creative mind
• Exceptional written and Verbal communication skills both in English and Hebrew
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or within a team environment
• Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work on-site in our Tel Aviv office, Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week).
