abra R&D id seeking an experienced TFS/ALM Technical Expert!

We are Seeking a technical expert specializing in TFS/Azure DevOps platform management, focusing on work item management, testing processes, and system relationships. This role centers on technical expertise rather than project management.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead TFS environment configuration and optimization
• Design and implement complex dashboards and reporting systems
• Configure and manage bug tracking and test case systems
• Establish sophisticated work item relationships and hierarchies
• Develop and maintain custom queries and reports
• Provide technical guidance on TFS best practices
• Support multiple teams with technical TFS expertise
• Implement and maintain ALM processes
  
  

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, including deep expertise in platform capabilities (mandatory)
• Proven experience in project configuration, dashboard creation, requirements management, work item linking, sprint management, complex query development, test case management, and bug tracking
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in development projects
• Deep understanding of development methodologies, particularly Agile practices
• Strong systems thinking and process solution development capabilities
• Experience in requirements definition and systems design
• Familiarity with supporting tools for requirements management, testing, and issue tracking
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and service orientation
• Training development and delivery capabilities
• Experience in implementing new work methodologies, development processes, or leading systematic change
