Business Analyst

Caesarstone is a leading global brand of countertops, crafting premium surfaces for over three decades, headquartered in Israel and with offices around the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that business requirements are understood, documented, and translated into actionable insights. In addition to it to be IL tier 1.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and excellent communicator who can facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and business leaders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements.
• Document business requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
  
  

Solution Design & Implementation

• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support solution design and incidents ensuring business needs are met.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to developers and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools and business process modeling chart tools. Experience working with SF – an advantage

Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting requirements, processes, and specifications.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work on multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role
