We are seeking a talented and experienced R&D Project Manager (at least 5 years of relevant experience) to join our highly skilled team.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the development methodology transition: Drive the transition from squad teams to scrum, overseeing the project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Set up project’s roadmap and manage milestones: Establish the project roadmap, manage scope, backlog, and timeline. Track key milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and define project scope and success criteria.
• Take full ownership of project execution: Lead end-to-end project execution, taking responsibility for working closely with large-scale R&D teams.
• Orchestrate multiple development teams: Coordinate and lead multiple development teams across various activities, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Facilitate PI Planning and manage solution kanban: Play a key role in facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning and manage the solution kanban, ensuring effective work breakdown for development teams.
  
  

• 5 to 10 years managing programs in technical product development environments.
• Experience with scrum methodology
• Proven success in designing and delivering large scale programs that impact long term business goals and revenue.
• Ability to charter teams through times of change with the ability to pivot and optimize for the business.
• Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations, provide teams with valuable summations around action items and priorities.
• Proficiency and experience with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• R&D background as an Engineer (SW developer preferred but Integration position can be considered)
  
  

• Experience with Agile SAFe methodology – advantage
• It’s an advantage if you completed an official SAFe training
