Junior Sales Representative

Syqe is a med-tech company developing technologies that enable the precise delivery of a wide range of therapeutic molecules by inhalation. Utilizing its breakthrough technology, Syqe aims to relieve the suffering of as many patients as possible, as quickly as possible.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative with at least 1 year of experience to drive sales of our innovative inhaler.

In this role, you will engage with patients, build trust-based relationships, and meet sales targets while identifying opportunities and ensuring excellent service.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, sales-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products over the phone.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Address customer questions and concerns, while overcoming objections.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes and strategies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business (retention calls).
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  
  

• 1+ years of experience in a call center sales or telemarketing role - Must
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passionate and motivated attitude.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with outbound cold-calling and following scripts.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
