Android Team Lead

A leading large-scale mobile platform is looking for an outstanding and passionate Android Team Leader to join a rapidly growing team.

Our amazing team uses the latest and greatest technologies to build pixel perfect products which reach millions of users around the world.

You will build and lead an Android development team, which is part of a fast growing group, responsible for end-to-end development of our Android experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Android engineers and QA
• Design and lead complex features within the team
• Take part in the product development and definition
• Pushing team developers forward, constantly promoting their personal development
• Actively define & promote the team’s R&D goals
• Define & implement methodologies to ensure the quality, performance & scalability of our products
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in Android development
• 2+ years of experience in team management
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design
• Experience in Kotlin
• Experience in Agile development, including CI, CD and automated testing
  
  

• Experience building a product from ideation to production
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in Android SDK development
• Deep understanding of latest Android OS features and restrictions
