Senior Product Manager

Cyberbit Range is the world’s leading cyber-security training platform for cyber professionals with clients from Fortune 500, Universities, Governments, and Militaries globally. Sounds intriguing? That’s because it is!

Cyberbit Range deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto a virtual corporate network, allowing users to defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools to effectively train cyber professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

We are looking for a Senior product manager who will be part of a growing team, in one of the most interesting products in the cyber area, which focused on technology and education. Cyberbit Range is a leading market cyber simulation platform, allows cyber defenders to train on the most common cyber-attacks.

In this role, you will work with a focus on requirements engineering and system analysis. You will work closely with all the product team members, UI and UX designers, R&D, PS, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core processes in the product lifecycle (Sprints, version releases).
• Define detailed specifications for new product features.
• Collaborate closely with software, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure successful product development.
• Work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, R&D, Customer Success Managers (CSM), and Support to align on goals and execution.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with various business units (Customer Success, Sales, Trainers, etc.) to gather insights and feedback.
• Participate in the Requirements Management (RM) process to ensure clarity and alignment on product requirements.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in cybersecurity or training products.
• Proven experience in defining product specifications – a must.
• Experience working with UX/UI teams – a must.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS systems (B2B) – required.
• Strong experience working within Agile methodology.
• Detail-oriented with a diligent and accurate working style.
• Excellent written and spoken English – a must.
• Background in education, training, or cybersecurity – an advantage.
