Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated growth product manager to be responsible for driving growth by defining and executing product-led strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead product growth initiatives - together with a team of engineers and product designers, you will optimize the growth and retention of new and existing users. You will accomplish this by performing qualitative and quantitative research to identify the points of friction that prevent more users from finding value in Port.
• Identify and validate new opportunities - develop a deep understanding and visibility of the user journey to find highly impactful opportunities.
• Execute product plans - deliver value through product enhancements. Work together with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new product capabilities to life.
• Monitor key metrics - track the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives. Process your learnings, iterate, pivot, and make changes according to the data.
  
  

• At least three years of product management experience with a proven track record in delivering impactful products.
• Demonstrated experience in driving growth and meeting business goals through product-led strategies.
• You are analytical and experienced in working with both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
• You are passionate about building great user experiences, and have a keen eye for details, UX, and design.
• You are a great communicator. You know how to explain product decisions rationally and inspire your team.
