About The Role

As a BI & Product Analyst at Sensi, you will report to the VP of Product, being a one-person show, and serving as a significant focal point for delivering data and insights about our business and product. You will join our product team to make strategic product decisions, converting real-time data into powerful insights and driving impactful quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and integrate data from multiple sources to create a coherent data view, define data needs, and guide visualization through dashboards.
• Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Generate business data reports for internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Conduct quantitative analysis related to machine learning modules.
• Perform deep-dive research and analysis to uncover insights for business growth.
• Collaborating with product, marketing, customer success, business operations, and external customers.
  
  

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a BI/Product analyst and 2 years developing BI reports. Proven ability to uncover data insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Data-Driven Technologist: Technical Proficiency and advanced SQL expertise. Experience with BI tools (Grafana, Tableau, etc.) and product analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel). Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Python experience is an advantage.
• Insightful Product-Driven: Previous experience supporting product teams and collaborating across departments. Skilled in forming hypotheses, designing product experiments, and evaluating results. Able to tell a compelling story through data and visualization.
• Great communicator: Ability to translate complex data into a coherent narrative, making insights accessible and impactful for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experienced presenting data findings to support strategic decision-making across departments. Fluent English communication skills.
• Dynamic Initiator: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data-driven opportunities. Flexibility to manage diverse requests and data sources.
