• Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Artlist’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Lead and Manage a Team: Lead a team of influencer and affiliate marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in executing campaigns.
• Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, messaging, and values.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize strategies, and identify growth opportunities based on data-driven insights.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including brand, product, and content to ensure cohesive messaging and integration of influencer and affiliate activities with broader marketing initiatives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing to ensure Artlist remains innovative and competitive.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI from partnerships and campaigns.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and partnerships.
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and affiliate marketing software.
• Ability to measure, analyze, and report on the success of marketing activities using data-driven insights.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to create engaging campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
