Senior Backend Developer

We seek a highly skilled Backend Algorithm Engineer to join our innovative team dedicated to developing and optimizing AI models. This role involves designing, enhancing, and scaling algorithms to ensure the efficient processing and analysis of complex data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in algorithm development, large-scale data processing and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and optimization of algorithms for Data generation and AI models, ensuring efficient processing and analysis of complex data at scale.
• Strategic Planning: Develop technical roadmaps and strategies to align with business objectives and drive technological advancements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to integrate algorithms into end-to-end AI solutions and workflows.
• Mentoring and Skill Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior developers, ensuring high code standards and execution excellence across the team.
• Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable and maintainable software architectures for AI systems and data pipelines.
• Technical Decision Making: Make critical technical decisions regarding tools, frameworks, and methodologies to be used in projects.
• Resource Allocation: Worth with team leader to efficiently allocate team resources and manage project timelines to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical concepts, progress, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced understanding of statistical analysis, computational methods for large-scale data, and current trends in AI and machine learning.
• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Technical Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals
• Algorithm Design: Strong experience in designing and implementing algorithms for machine learning and AI applications.
• Scalability: Demonstrated ability to optimize algorithms for scalability and performance in large-scale data environments.
• AI Models: Experience working with various AI models and machine learning techniques is highly desirable.
• Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
