Our client, a dynamic company experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a Webmaster to oversee and optimize their online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of website management while also collaborating cross-functionally to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management & Maintenance

• Maintain the company’s website to ensure reliability, optimal performance, and seamless user experience.
• Regularly update site content, monitor uptime, and troubleshoot technical issues.

1. Wix Studio & VELO Expertise

• Utilize Wix Studio and VELO to develop, customize, and enhance website functionality.
• Implement and optimize new website features, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

1. SEO & Content Optimization

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement SEO best practices, optimize on-page elements, and improve site rankings.
• Monitor site metrics and user behavior, using data to guide improvements.

1. Performance Monitoring

• Track website performance indicators (e.g., load time, bounce rate, conversion rates) and devise strategies for continuous improvement.
• Integrate and manage analytics tools to gather insights on user interactions.

1. Security & Compliance

• Ensure all websites adhere to security protocols, data protection regulations, and company guidelines.
• Oversee updates, patches, and backups to protect against vulnerabilities.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to align website objectives with broader business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to drive user engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in a Webmaster or similar role.
• Must-have: Experience working with Wix Studio and VELO (scripting, custom functionality, dynamic pages).
• Hands-on knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and UX principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
