Manufacturing Manager

Pi-Cardia, a leading medical device company pioneering non-implant-based catheter solutions for structural heart disease treatment, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing production activities to align with company objectives, SOPs, and quality standards. You will manage all production resources, including the manufacturing team, facilities, and equipment, while ensuring efficient workflows, a safe work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the manufacturing team to achieve high performance.

Manage the production facility, equipment & tools to ensure compliance with company’s SOP’s and the ability to execute the production plans

Production Planning:

Create a detailed work plan together with the Operation’s planner, utilizing the production resources in the most efficient way, to meet the company plans.

Process Optimization:

Implement strategies to improve efficiency and output.

Quality and Safety:

Ensure compliance with the company’s SOP’s, Quality and safety requirements.

Inventory Management:

Manage production floor inventory, ensure storage conditions and traceability.

Continuous Improvement:

Address production issues and lead improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in production management in medical devices.
• Experience in leading a team of at least 5 employees.
• Experience in working in clean-room
• Understanding manufacture process and ability to make improvements.
• English - full proficiency.
• High self-learning ability.
• Hands-on attitude and a responsible person.
• Strong planning, execution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
